Karman Space Raises 2025 Guidance Following $220 Million Acquisition
Karman Space & Defense raised its fiscal 2025 revenue expectations to $470-$471 million and adjusted EBITDA to $144.5-$144.9 million. For 2026, revenue is projected at $700-$715 million with adjusted EBITDA of $205-$215 million.
This follows Karman's planned $220 million acquisition of Seemann Composites and MSC, which includes $210 million in cash and $10 million in common shares. The acquisition is expected to close in Q1 2026 and will enhance Karman's capabilities in maritime defense and military applications, providing access to U.S.
Navy programs and contributing to revenue growth. An investor conference call was held to discuss the transaction and updated expectations.
