KCI Technologies Inc. has appointed Jason Hardebeck as Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately. Hardebeck, previously an external member of KCI's Board of Directors, will lead the firm's technology strategy, overseeing enterprise systems and business processes.

His role includes guiding technology and artificial intelligence initiatives, managing the digital transformation office, the innovation incubator, and the technology sharing committee. Hardebeck holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a master's degree in business from Johns Hopkins University, along with qualifications as a nuclear propulsion plant operator from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power program.
