Kemira Signs MOU with Hazer Group to Explore Methane Pyrolysis Technology
Kemira and Hazer Group have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to assess the commercial viability of Hazer's methane pyrolysis technology for use in Kemira's operations. The agreement includes testing Hazer's carbon materials for water treatment, with potential discussions on technology licensing and product agreements if initial results are favorable. The MOU is set for an initial term of one year, with each party responsible for its own costs.
