Kosol Energie Invests Rs 900 Billion in Renewable Energy Projects in Gujarat
Kosol Energie has committed to investing Rs 900 billion in renewable energy projects in Gujarat, focusing on solar manufacturing, green hydrogen, and green ammonia. The initiative aims to establish manufacturing facilities and renewable energy parks, creating over 100,000 jobs while supporting India's clean energy goals. This investment aligns with the country's target of achieving 500 gigawatts of non-fossil fuel power capacity by 2030.

Kosol Energie has signed a memorandum of understanding to invest Rs 900 billion in renewable energy initiatives in Gujarat. The projects will focus on solar manufacturing, green hydrogen, and green ammonia.
Plans include establishing solar module manufacturing facilities, research and development centers, and large-scale renewable energy parks. These investments align with India's clean energy targets and the government's self-reliance initiatives.
The projects are projected to create over 100,000 direct and indirect jobs, enhancing Gujarat's status as a renewable energy hub. India aims for 500 gigawatts of non-fossil fuel power capacity by 2030, with solar energy expected to play a significant role. Kosol Energie is also exploring investment opportunities in other Indian states.
