H Muhammad Rusli, Regent of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, inspected the construction of the 884th Territorial Development Infantry Battalion (Yonif TP 884) Sa-ijaan in Selaru Village. The project, supported by the local government with 60 hectares of land, aims to enhance regional defense and benefit the local economy.

The battalion will accommodate over 600 Army personnel. The visit aimed to assess construction progress and strengthen coordination among the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), regional government, and local community.
