Kraus Hamdani Aerospace Advances Electric UAS Endurance Flights at Pendleton Range
Kraus Hamdani Aerospace successfully conducted cross-country electric UAS flights at the Pendleton UAS Range, supporting the U.S. Army's 1st Multi-Domain Task Force. The K1000ULE completed an 18 km mission, demonstrating point-to-point operations and validating workflows in civilian airspace, while building on a previous 75-hour endurance flight that set a world record for Group 2 fixed-wing UAS.

Kraus Hamdani Aerospace (KHA) demonstrated cross-country electric UAS flights at the Pendleton UAS Range (PUR) to support the U.S. Army's 1st Multi-Domain Task Force (1MDTF). KHA's K1000ULE performed an 18 km mission, showcasing point-to-point operations with relay-extended connectivity.
These flights validated operational workflows in a civilian airspace environment ahead of deployment, enhancing adaptability for Pacific operations. KHA's previous testing at PUR allowed for the successful launch and landing of UAS at different sites. This follows a 75-hour flight by the K1000ULE at PUR, setting a world endurance record in the Group 2 fixed-wing category.
