Kyndryl has established its first Cyber Defense Operations Center (CDOC) in Bengaluru, India, aimed at integrating network and security operations for improved incident response and IT performance. This initiative addresses the increasing complexity of IT environments, including AI-driven cyber risks and the demand for continuous service delivery.

The CDOC employs Kyndryl's Agentic AI Framework for security assessments and automates operations to minimize manual interventions. It is part of Kyndryl's global network of security operations centers and will link with Kyndryl Bridge for enhanced operational visibility. Additional CDOC locations are planned to meet growing global demand.
