Laos Government and APDL Solar Power Sign MOU for 100 MW Solar Farm in Bolikhamxay
The Laos government and APDL Solar Power have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a feasibility study on a 100 MW solar energy project in Bolikhamxay province. The solar farm is proposed to be located in Nam Ngiep village, covering approximately 140.23 hectares. The agreement aims to support Laos' transition to renewable energy and align with government goals for clean energy production.

The Laos government and APDL Solar Power Sole Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a feasibility study of a 100 MW solar farm in Bolikhamxay province. The solar farm will occupy about 140.23 hectares in Nam Ngiep village, Pakxan district.
The signing was witnessed by various government officials, including Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, Dr Manothong Vongsay. The Investment Promotion and Management Committee is authorized to oversee the study, which will evaluate technical needs and environmental impacts. APDL Solar Power aims to support Laos' clean energy objectives.
