Construction for the new Technical School of Larnaca is set to commence in spring 2026 after a six-year delay. The project, now estimated at €35 million, will replace the outdated Saint Lazarus Technical School, accommodating 630 students and covering a 22,500 sq.m. area with 22 buildings.
The new facility will include classrooms for various subjects and specialized workshops such as automotive engineering and robotics. The initiative, expected to take three years, targets completion by September 2027. As the Ministry of Education evaluates bids, successful execution is crucial to address educational infrastructure needs in Larnaca.
