Leadec and E.ON Collaborate on Industrial Decarbonization Initiatives
Leadec and E.ON form a partnership to facilitate industrial decarbonization in Europe without customer investments. The initiative aims to accelerate sustainability goals across various sectors, including automotive and manufacturing.

Leadec and E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions have established a partnership to offer industrial customers in Europe a model for sustainable upgrades without upfront investments. This collaboration encompasses energy supply modernization, energy-saving solutions, and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.
Currently, 80 projects are in progress across Germany, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and the United Kingdom. A notable project includes a photovoltaic system installation for the BMW Group in Hungary, featuring 71,000 solar panels generating 43 megawatts. The partnership enhances planning certainty through power purchase agreements, allowing customers to focus on their core business while meeting regulatory sustainability targets.
