The Legana shopping precinct is set for a $20 million overhaul, featuring a $10 million refurbishment of Woolworths and the addition of new retail spaces, including a cylindrical childcare center and restaurants. A new development at 9 Tatana Way will expand the Salvation Army and include a chiropractor and Harcourts, with construction expected to start in February 2026 and be completed before Christmas. The project aims to enhance pedestrian access and create job opportunities, boosting the local economy.

A new three-tenancy development at 9 Tatana Way will feature Salvation Army, which is expanding from 230 to 410 square meters, alongside a chiropractor and Harcourts, which is increasing its space. Construction is expected to begin in February 2026, with completion aimed for before Christmas.
