Liberia National Commission on Arms Launches 2026-2030 Strategic Plan to Combat Illicit Arms Proliferation
The Liberia National Commission on Arms (LINCA) launched its Five-Year Strategic Plan (2026-2030) on February 12, 2026, in Monrovia. The plan aims to prevent and control illicit arms proliferation, aligning with the Government of Liberia's ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development.
