Construction has begun on the Life Towers Residential City in the Al-Rufail district of western Baghdad. The project covers approximately 157,000 square meters and will consist of 26 residential towers, each standing 30 stories high.

It is designed with a central park to maximize privacy and views. Green spaces will comprise 40 percent of the total area. The development will also include amenities such as parking facilities and a civil defense center. Located along the Al-Ghazaliya Expressway, it aims to meet the demand for high-density housing solutions in Baghdad.
