Lockheed Martin and Fujitsu Sign MOU to Enhance Dual-Use Technology Development
Lockheed Martin and Fujitsu Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance dual-use technology development, focusing on areas such as quantum computing, AI/ML, and advanced microelectronics. This collaboration aims to enhance technological capabilities to meet future customer needs and builds on a previous agreement for Fujitsu to supply components for Lockheed Martin's SPY-7 system, strengthening Japan's defense industrial base.

Lockheed Martin and Fujitsu Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to accelerate dual-use technology development. The collaboration aims to leverage Lockheed Martin's systems expertise and Fujitsu's technologies in areas including quantum computing, edge computing, AI/ML, advanced microelectronics, and next-generation network solutions.
This partnership is expected to strengthen the technological foundation for dual-use capabilities, addressing future customer needs. The MOU builds on a prior agreement from May 2025, in which Fujitsu was selected to supply components for Lockheed Martin's SPY-7 Subarray Suite Power Supply, further enhancing Japan's defense industrial base.
