Lockheed Martin Reports 4% Revenue Growth in Space Segment for 2025
Lockheed Martin's Space segment reported a 4% revenue growth in 2025, reaching $13 billion, fueled by strong sales in missile defense and NASA's Orion spacecraft programs. Operating profit increased by 10% to $1.3 billion, despite a $40 million decline in equity earnings from its joint venture with Boeing, United Launch Alliance. Looking ahead, the company projects Space sales between $13.5 billion and $13.8 billion for 2026, indicating an expected growth of approximately 5%.

Lockheed Martin's Space segment achieved a 4% year-over-year revenue increase in 2025, totaling $13 billion. Growth was driven by $380 million in sales from strategic and missile defense programs, including the Next Generation Interceptor and Fleet Ballistic Missile programs, and $255 million from the Orion spacecraft program for NASA.
Operating profit rose 10% to $1.3 billion. However, the company reported a $40 million decrease in equity earnings from United Launch Alliance, a joint venture with Boeing, with total equity losses and earnings from ULA being insignificant in 2025 compared to $45 million in 2024. Looking ahead, Lockheed Martin anticipates Space sales between $13.5 billion and $13.8 billion for 2026, projecting approximately 5% growth year-over-year driven by demand in various defense programs and space tracking missions.
