Lovell Homes is implementing support schemes for Armed Forces members and key workers at its Drummond Park development in Ludgershall. Armed forces personnel can receive a £500 discount for every £25,000 spent on a home, applicable to the Army, Royal Navy, RAF, and Ministry of Defence.

The development, located on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot, aims to promote homeownership within a community with military ties. Eligible military buyers may also utilize the Government-backed Forces Help to Buy scheme, allowing them to borrow up to 50% of their annual salary, up to £25,000, for deposits or moving costs.

Key workers, including NHS and emergency service employees, can access a similar scheme. Drummond Park will deliver 412 homes, comprising 309 open market properties and 103 affordable homes, with affordable units developed in partnership with Stonewater.
