Cedar Rapids has implemented a temporary traffic light at Edgewood Road and 64th Avenue SW to alleviate traffic congestion caused by ongoing data center developments. In education, the Iowa City Community School District received 19 applications for an interim superintendent role, with plans to finalize a candidate by July 1.
