McRae Industries and RTX Secures Major U.S. Navy Contracts
McRae Industries, Inc. has been awarded a $21.36 million contract for Navy safety toe boots, potentially rising to $32.99 million. Meanwhile, RTX's Raytheon unit received a $1.81 billion modification for radar production, set to complete by July 2031.

McRae Industries, Inc. has secured a contract from the U.S. DLA Troops Support for Navy safety toe boots, valued at $21,363,367, with a maximum potential of $32,998,023 over a three-year period. In a separate development, Raytheon Missiles and Defense, part of RTX, received a $1.81 billion modification for hardware production related to the AN/SPY6(V) Family of Radars.
This modification is a combination of fixed-price and cost-only terms, with expected completion by July 2031, extending potentially through October 2031 if all options are exercised. These contracts reflect ongoing investment in military readiness and equipment modernization.
