Merck Raises Full-Year Revenue Guidance to €21.8 Billion Following Strong Q2 Performance
Merck has upgraded its full-year revenue guidance to €21.8 billion, driven by a strong Q2 performance with net sales reaching €5.4 billion. This increase reflects organic growth across various sectors, particularly in Process Solutions and Semiconductor Solutions, positioning the company for sustainable value creation in the life sciences market.

Merck reported Q2 2026 net sales of €5.4 billion, reflecting a 4.1% organic growth year-over-year. EBITDA pre increased by 9.3% to €1.6 billion. The company has raised its full-year revenue forecast to €21.8 billion, citing easing foreign exchange pressures and robust performance across its business segments.
Notable growth was seen in Life Science, with a 6.4% increase in net sales to €2.4 billion, and a 14.7% rise in Process Solutions driven by strong demand. Semiconductor Solutions experienced a 17.3% organic growth, aligning with industry expansion.
However, Healthcare sales rose only 2.4%, impacted by a decline in organic sales. With ongoing R&D investments and strategic acquisitions, Merck aims to strengthen its market position in life sciences.
