Meta Platforms completed the acquisition of Assured Robot Intelligence, enhancing its humanoid technology initiative. The ARI team, including co-founders Lerrel Pinto and Xiaolong Wang, will join Meta Superintelligence Labs and collaborate with Meta Robotics Studio, focusing on robot control and self-learning systems.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
