AREA31 operates from multiple sites in Jakarta, including Gedung Cyber and Gedung TIFA, and aims for further land development in Depok for additional infrastructure. The data center sector faces challenges from rapidly evolving technologies and increasing competition, necessitating a focus on customer trust and service stability to maintain market relevance.
