Energy Transfer LP's Lake Charles LNG project remains active as at least two buyers, including MidOcean Energy LLC, are in negotiations to acquire it following the suspension of its development last month. The buyers are expected to take over existing sales and purchase agreements along with the project site and associated assets held by Energy Transfer subsidiaries.
