MightyFly has closed $10 million in financing, raising its total funding to $15 million. The company is developing a hybrid eVTOL aircraft designed for expedited logistics and defense, capable of carrying 100-500 pounds across 600-1,000 miles and executing multiple stops.

This funding aligns with U.S. policies prioritizing the deployment of autonomous aircraft, reflected in the June 2025 Executive Order promoting advanced UAS capabilities. MightyFly has conducted over 400 autonomous flights and holds a Special Airworthiness Certificate. The company has signed a $220 million, 20-year LOI for intra-island delivery and a $50 million, five-year healthcare contract.
