MILE Advisory and Startup Nation Central Launch U.S.-Israel Fusion Energy Supply Chain Initiative
MILE Advisory has launched an initiative to align Israeli industrial technology with U.S. fusion energy supply chain needs, collaborating with Startup Nation Central. This partnership aims to address supply chain constraints identified by the Fusion Industry Association, with 31% of fusion companies expressing immediate concerns over precision manufacturing.
The initiative highlights opportunities at the intersection of fusion energy and defense manufacturing by utilizing existing Israeli capabilities. The project coincides with the Genesis Mission, a U.S. effort to accelerate fusion energy development, which includes the STELLAR-AI platform led by the U.S.
Department of Energy's Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. STELLAR-AI aims to improve simulation efficiency for fusion research through AI integration, supporting projects such as the digital twin of the National Spherical Torus Experiment-Upgrade and the StellFoundry for stellarator design.
