The Military-Civil Fusion (MCF) Conclave 2026, held in Nagpur on January 20-21, 2026, aimed to enhance coordination among the Indian Army, civil administration, and key institutions for disaster management and capability development. Led by Lt Gen DS Kushwah and Maj Gen Navtej Singh Sohal, the conclave included officials from various departments such as the Municipal Commissioner's Office, State Disaster Management Authority, NDRF, and others.
