Millright Apartments Phase 2 Development Near Kennedy Space Center

The second phase of the Millright Apartments development in Brevard County will increase the total units to nearly 500, following the completion of Phase 1 this spring. The project is strategically located 2.5 miles from the Kennedy Space Center, aiming to serve the aerospace and defense workforce.

This phase features two four-story apartment buildings and five townhome buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Synovus Bank has financed the construction with $35.6 million, and Fansler Construction is the general contractor. The growth in the space industry and technology sectors continues to make Brevard County an attractive location for residential developers.
