Mingyang Group, China Power Construction Corporation, and XCE Energy have signed agreements to develop a 6GW energy project cluster in Vietnam, focusing on offshore wind power, green hydrogen, green ammonia, and zero-carbon industrial parks. The initiative aims to enhance cross-border energy cooperation between China and Vietnam.

The project will utilize Mingyang's expertise in wind power and will adopt a 'direct power supply' model to connect with Singapore's '2GW green electricity corridor.' The collaboration will also establish a zero-carbon industrial park in Vietnam, emphasizing local production of energy equipment and the integration of a 'wind, solar, storage and hydrogen' model to ensure stable energy operations.
