Minister for Petroleum Jimmy Maladina announced the progress of the APF Tie-in Project, congratulating Santos and the PNG LNG Joint Venture partners. He highlighted that Santos has obtained key regulatory approvals from Papua New Guinea's National Petroleum Authority and Conservation and Environmental Protection Authority, which are essential for securing project sanction.
