MIRDC and Dassault Systèmes Collaborate on Hydrogen and AI Innovations
MIRDC and Dassault Systèmes have signed an MOU to enhance Taiwan's industrial R&D through AI and hydrogen technologies. This partnership aims to improve the durability and safety of hydrogen components and optimize thermal management for high-performance computing servers.

On April 15, 2026, the Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (MIRDC) signed an MOU with Dassault Systèmes to advance AI and hydrogen technologies in Taiwan. This collaboration will focus on lifetime analysis for high-pressure hydrogen materials, using Dassault's Virtual Twin technology and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to enhance the safety and durability of components in the hydrogen supply chain.
Additionally, the partnership aims to develop advanced thermal management solutions for AI servers, addressing the increasing demand for high-performance computing. This initiative is expected to strengthen Taiwan's competitive position in the global supply chain and drive innovation in local industries.
