MIRDC Partners with Dassault Systèmes on AI and Hydrogen Technology Development
MIRDC and Dassault Systèmes have entered a partnership to enhance AI and hydrogen technologies in Taiwan. This collaboration is significant for improving the safety and durability of high-pressure hydrogen materials and advancing thermal management for AI servers.

An MOU was signed on April 15, 2026, between the Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (MIRDC) and Dassault Systèmes. The collaboration will utilize Dassault's Virtual Twin technology and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for lifetime analysis of high-pressure hydrogen materials.
Additionally, it aims to develop thermal management solutions for AI servers, addressing the demand for high-performance computing. This initiative is expected to bolster Taiwan's position in the global supply chain and stimulate innovation in local industries. The focus on hydrogen technology presents opportunities for advancements in energy efficiency and sustainability.
