Miso Robotics Acquires Zignyl to Enhance Restaurant Operations Technology
Miso Robotics has acquired Zignyl, an AI-powered restaurant operations platform, transitioning from a robotics company to a more integrated technology supplier. This acquisition aims to streamline operations for fast-food restaurants, providing a modern, unified tech platform. Miso markets Flippy and Zignyl as separate products, but they will be integrated for users. Zignyl and Zippy are currently utilized by over a dozen brands, and Zignyl's team, including CEO Matt Forbush, will join Miso.

Miso offers Flippy, the automated fry cook, alongside Zignyl, allowing restaurants to monitor operations through a unified dashboard. Currently, over a dozen brands, including Jersey Mike's and Auntie Anne's, use Zignyl and Zippy.
Miso reports Flippy is operational in seven states with over 5 million baskets fried. Zignyl's team, led by CEO Matt Forbush, will integrate into Miso.
