Mithril Enhances Factory AI for Predictive Control Ahead of 2028 IPO
Mithril is evolving industrial AI to enable predictive defect management and autonomous decision-making in manufacturing. The company aims for significant revenue growth and aims to adapt its technology across multiple sectors prior to its IPO in 2028.

Mithril is advancing its artificial intelligence technology from inspection to predictive control in manufacturing environments. Founded in November 2023, the company has developed industrial foundation models tailored for factory settings, which are currently implemented in semiconductor manufacturing, precision measurement, and food production.
Last year, Mithril reported revenue of approximately 1.0 billion won and targets 6.0 billion won this year, with projections exceeding 10.0 billion won in the subsequent year. Its approach includes a human-in-the-loop model for decision-making, ensuring operators understand the rationale behind any process changes.
The firm is also expanding its partnership with Japanese equipment manufacturers and is considering establishing a local base in Japan before entering North America. Mithril plans an IPO in 2028 and has appointed Mirae Asset Securities as its lead underwriter.
