MITIC Invites Bids for $18 Million TIER III Data Center in Chaco'i, Paraguay
The Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (MITIC) has opened bids for a TIER III modular data center in Chaco'i, Paraguay. Funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the project budget is G. 143 billion (USD 18 million) and aims to modernize public technological infrastructure and enhance digital services.

The Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (MITIC) has initiated the bidding process for a TIER III certified modular data center in Chaco'i, Paraguay, as part of the Digital Agenda Support Program backed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Proposals have been submitted by three consortia: MITIC DC Consortium, Digital Infrastructure Paraguay Consortium, and TIC Consortium. The project, with a budget of G. 143 billion (USD 18 million), aims to improve data management and support various technological solutions to enhance public services.
