Mobileye Global Inc. reported a Q1 revenue of $558 million, surpassing the $519.5 million estimate and marking a 27% increase from Q1 2025. The company raised its 2026 revenue forecast midpoint by 2%, now projecting between $1.935 billion and $2.015 billion.
Despite a GAAP diluted loss per share of $4.68 due to a $3.788 billion goodwill impairment from Intel's 2017 acquisition, adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.12. Mobileye generated $75 million in operational cash flow and completed the acquisition of Mentee Robotics, impacting cash reserves.
The company also announced a $250 million stock repurchase program and secured design contracts with Mahindra. Ongoing developments in its autonomous driving program with Volkswagen include testing over 100 self-driving ID.Buzz vehicles in six cities. The strong revenue growth and operational performance suggest a positive market outlook, though the goodwill impairment raises concerns about valuation volatility.
