Modern Gas Collaborates with Talaat Moustafa Group on Banan Riyadh Gas Network in Saudi Arabia
Modern Gas has signed an agreement with Talaat Moustafa Group to develop centralized gas networks for Banan Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project, covering 10 million square meters, begins with a SAR 24 million phase for 4 million square meters. Modern Gas will operate the system in partnership with FAJR Natural Gas and Petromaint. This agreement enhances their previous collaborations and secures a 33-year concession, expanding Modern Gas's presence in the Saudi market.

Modern Gas, an Egyptian joint stock company, has signed an agreement with Talaat Moustafa Group to implement centralized gas networks for the residential city of Banan Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project spans 10 million square meters, with the first phase valued at SAR 24 million and covering 4 million square meters.
Modern Gas will operate the gas system in collaboration with FAJR Natural Gas Company and Alexandria Petroleum Maintenance CO. This agreement builds on prior successful projects, including Madinaty and Noor City, and secures a 33-year concession for Modern Gas in Saudi Arabia, enhancing its market presence.
