Modscape Expands Manufacturing Capacity in Queensland
Modscape has signed a lease for a 20,918 sqm manufacturing facility in Queensland to enhance production capabilities. This expansion is part of a strategic growth initiative in response to increasing customer demand for modular construction solutions.

Modscape has secured a 15-year lease for a 20,918 square meter facility in the Vantage Yatala estate, enhancing its manufacturing and distribution capacity. This new site will feature heavy-duty load bearing floors designed for specialized robotics, supporting sophisticated industrial operations.
Currently, 85% of the 65-hectare Yatala estate is leased, indicating strong demand for industrial space in the region. Modscape's previous facility in Archerfield, which spans 12,868 sqm, was occupied in 2024. This development follows the company's expansion in Melbourne to a 37,500 sqm site at Essendon Fields three years ago, reflecting a broader trend in industrial infrastructure adaptation to advanced manufacturing needs.
