MST Prioritizes Development of 84 Advanced Technologies in Vietnam
The MST in Vietnam is prioritizing 84 advanced technologies for investment and development, including AI, IoT, big data, and emerging technologies such as blockchain and quantum computing. The initiative involves experts and aims to guide key technology sectors, proposing the development of 125 high-tech products, including decentralized electronic identification software and advanced medical technologies.

The MST is focusing on 84 advanced technologies for investment and development in Vietnam, as per the High Technology Law. Key technologies include artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and emerging technologies like blockchain and quantum computing.
The semiconductor sector is included, covering design and manufacturing processes. Industrial automation technologies are prominent, featuring industrial robots and advanced control systems. Biomedical technologies such as synthetic biology and advanced vaccines are also significant. The MST proposes 125 high-tech products, spanning decentralized identification software and high-performance lithium batteries, to strategically guide Vietnam's key technology sectors.
