Infrastructure projects include repairs to McMillen Road and a new home for the Veterans Tribute, which will be located on a boulevard island within the City Hall Complex, featuring a bronze WWII GI statue to be installed in spring 2026. The city allocated up to $23 million for public works projects, while utility rates saw increases: water by 7.3%, sewer by 7.6%, and natural gas by approximately 3%.
