Nano Dimension Raises Q4 2025 Revenue Outlook to $35.0-$35.5 Million Amid Corporate Restructuring
Nano Dimension has increased its preliminary Q4 2025 revenue outlook to between $35.0 million and $35.5 million, surpassing earlier estimates due to ongoing corporate restructuring. This adjustment follows a court order to complete its $179.3 million acquisition of Desktop Metal, which recently entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The company is also transitioning to U.S. domestic issuer status by January 1, 2026, while focusing on reducing cash burn and enhancing revenue from sectors such as defense, aerospace, and automotive.

Nano Dimension has raised its preliminary Q4 2025 revenue outlook to between $35.0 million and $35.5 million, exceeding the previous guidance of $31.5 million to $33.5 million. This increase follows a tumultuous period marked by a Delaware court's mandate to complete its $179.3 million acquisition of Desktop Metal, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 2025.
Following leadership changes and a strategic alternatives review, the company continues to restructure, transitioning to U.S. domestic issuer status effective January 1, 2026. Nano Dimension expects to file its Form 10-K in Q1 2026. The company reported revenue streams from various sectors including defense, aerospace, and automotive, while aiming to reduce cash burn and improve revenue performance.
