NASA Delays Artemis II Launch Due to Technical Issues with SLS Rocket
The Artemis II mission launch, initially scheduled for February, has been postponed due to technical issues with the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket. The SLS was returned to the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) for necessary service work after disruptions in helium flow in the upper ICPS stage and previous liquid hydrogen leaks were detected.

The launch of the Artemis II mission has been delayed from its planned February date due to technical problems with the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket. The rocket has been taken back to the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) for essential repairs. This decision was made after disruptions in helium flow in the upper stage ICPS were identified, along with earlier issues involving liquid hydrogen leaks, both of which have impacted the preparation timeline.
