Nathan Testman has been appointed as the executive director of the West Virginia Housing Development Fund, as announced by Governor Patrick Morrisey. Testman has been with the organization since 2016, serving in various roles, including Division Manager of Multifamily programs and Deputy Director of Production, and was named Interim Executive Director in January 2025.
His background includes experience in commercial banking and service in the Army National Guard, alongside a finance degree from West Virginia University. The fund is pivotal in promoting economic development and ensuring safe, affordable housing in the state, indicating that Testman's leadership may address critical housing challenges.
