Natural gas prices in Europe increased by approximately 20% during the trading week, reaching the highest level in nearly six months. On the Amsterdam exchange, the TTF futures contract for natural gas delivery in one month traded at €34.30 (US$39.80) per megawatt hour on Friday morning.
