Nature Robots Secures €4 Million for Autonomous Farming Software Development
Nature Robots, a DeepTech startup, has secured €4 million in seed funding to enhance its autonomous agricultural software. This investment will enable the company to expand its team, open a new office in Munich, and accelerate the market launch of its platform, addressing critical issues in modern agriculture.

Nature Robots, based in Osnabrück, has completed a €4 million seed funding round, supported by Climentum Capital, Bayern Kapital, and Planetary Impact Ventures. The startup specializes in modular autonomous software for agricultural machinery and aims to reduce chemical input by up to 90% through solutions like laser-weeding.
The new funds will primarily be used for team expansion and project design phases to expedite software deployment on customer equipment. Nature Robots benefits from over a decade of research in agricultural AI and robotics from DFKI and local universities. The company is well-positioned within the agrotech cluster of Osnabrück, a leading region for agricultural technology in Europe.
