Navy Recompetes $45M Electronic Warfare Contract for Technical Services

VSolvit currently holds the contract, awarded in 2024, and is halfway through the funding. The recompete will utilize the Seaport vehicle, with responses due by April 24. The contract will prioritize small businesses, requiring them to complete at least 50% of the work.
