The NBU confirmed that nearly UAH 20 billion was transferred to the special account in December 2025, totaling almost UAH 97 billion for the year. Significant transfers came from European donors, mainly France, Denmark, and Lithuania.

The NBU noted that funds from these governments are recorded on the account. In total, UAH 147 billion has been transferred to support the Ukrainian Defense Forces over nearly four years.
