Neura Robotics to Establish Swiss Development Hub at Intercityhaus in Zurich
Colliers Switzerland has secured Neura Robotics Switzerland AG as a key tenant at the Intercityhaus on Zollikerstrasse 141 in Zurich. The international high-tech robotics company will occupy approximately 1,800 square meters of exhibition and office space, with 600 square meters already in use and an additional 1,200 square meters to be occupied by February and June.
Neura Robotics aims to advance research, development, and partnerships in Physical AI, focusing on the holistic development of its humanoid robot 4NE1. The location in Zurich's Seefeld district is chosen for its proximity to ETH Robotics Labs and other leading research institutions, reflecting the company's philosophy of serving humanity and providing a high-quality work environment.
