New Jersey ANG Expert Provides Munitions Briefing at European Partnership Flight
Senior Master Sgt. Matthew Foulk of the New Jersey Air National Guard led a munitions briefing for military representatives from six European countries at the European Partnership Flight (EPF) in Tirana, Albania. This initiative enhances collaborative air base operations and interagency cooperation among NATO allies.

During the European Partnership Flight (EPF) Air Base Operations and Development Conference held from June 13-17, 2026, in Tirana, Albania, Senior Master Sgt. Matthew Foulk from the New Jersey Air National Guard presented a briefing on munitions safety and management to military personnel from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
The event facilitated a platform for interagency cooperation, integrating insights from diverse participants crucial for advancing air base development amidst evolving military technologies. Through a 25-year partnership with Albania, the New Jersey National Guard leverages both defense and civilian expertise, contributing to shared defense objectives. This collaboration fosters joint interoperability and enhances the collective capacity of U.S. and European forces.
