Nigerian Air Force Enhances Combat Strategy in North-East Against Insurgency
The Nigerian Air Force is enhancing its combat strategy in the North-East to combat insurgency threats from ISWAP and Boko Haram by improving Air-Ground Integration (AGI) training. Air Vice Marshal Ibrahim Jibia's strategic visit to the Joint Task Force emphasized the need for synchronized operations and joint training to bolster mission effectiveness. This initiative aims to strengthen inter-service cooperation and address operational concerns in the ongoing counter-insurgency efforts.
