Nigerian Army Graduates Paratroopers to Address Security Challenges
The Nigerian Army has completed graduation ceremonies for specialized airborne courses aimed at enhancing military operations. Newly qualified paratroopers are expected to apply their training to combat evolving security threats in Nigeria.

The Nigerian Army has graduated paratroopers from four airborne training courses at the Nigerian Army School of Infantry in Kaduna State. The courses include Advanced Airborne Course 31 and Basic Airborne Course 61, among others, with graduates required to complete military parachute jumps for certification.
Major General Godwin Michael Mutkut emphasized the need for graduates to apply their skills in defense of Nigeria's territorial integrity, highlighting the importance of airborne troops in addressing insurgency and banditry. The training involved rigorous physical conditioning and psychological preparedness, reinforcing the need for precision in airborne operations.
Additionally, Major General Frank Sunday Etim graduated participants from the Armoured Personnel Carrier Driving and Maintenance Course, stressing the APC's significance in modern military engagements. This initiative reflects the Nigerian Army's commitment to enhancing specialized military capabilities.
