Nigerian Army Neutralizes Suspected Kidnapper, Rescues Four Victims in Edo Operation
Nigerian Army troops neutralized a suspected kidnapper and rescued four victims in Warake Forest, Edo, during Operation IGBO DANU 1. The victims were unharmed and identified as Stella Abbas, Tina Ododa, Razak Rashid, and Mutanibi Kalifa. The operation also led to the recovery of cash and items from the suspect. In a separate operation in Ujemen community, another kidnapper, Omogbegha Solomon, was arrested, and a shrine was discovered and destroyed.

During a night operation in Warake Forest, Auchi, Edo, Nigerian Army troops neutralized a suspected kidnapper and rescued four victims. The operation, part of Operation IGBO DANU 1, involved collaboration with the Edo Security Corps and local vigilantes.
The victims, unhurt, were identified as Stella Abbas (29), Tina Ododa (19), Razak Rashid (27), and Mutanibi Kalifa (16). Troops recovered N650,000, footwear, a power bank, and mobile phones from the suspect.
In a related operation in Ujemen, another suspect, Omogbegha Solomon, was arrested, and a shrine with charms was destroyed. The commander praised the troops for their efforts.
